Cancel a booking
We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. For this reason, we provide our professionals with the ability to cancel any of their own bookings at any time.
Please try to keep cancellations to a minimum as they provide a poor customer experience. Repeat cancellations may result in your access to the platform being suspended.
If you are unable to make your booking for any reason and need to cancel it, the customer will be refunded 100% of the booking amount. Professionals will not receive a payout for bookings they cancel. Learn more about professional cancellation policies.
Cancel a booking
Click My Bookings and select Upcoming.
Find and select the booking you wish to cancel and press View.
Press Cancel Booking.
Enter a cancellation reason (this will not be shared with the customer) and confirm by pressing Cancel Booking.
The booking will be cancelled immediately and the customer will be sent an email to notify them of this.
