Enabling/disabling your services and setting your prices
You can define which services you would like to offer you can also set which 'add-ons' you would like to offer with each service, and how much you would like to charge for them.

Enable a service
Click My Services.
Service categories that you have been approved to offer will be displayed with a White Background.
Contact us at info@taskly.co.nz to request to offer a service category that is not available on your profile.
Click on a Service Category. Services within the category will be displayed on the right-hand side (or underneath on a mobile).
Click on a Service to view information about it. The information including description, preparation instructions for the client, and the price will be displayed on the far right (or at the bottom of the screen on a mobile).
To enable a service you are not offering, click on the Three Dot Icon and select Enable. You will now be visible to customers who select this service at the checkout as long as they are in your service area and have selected a date and time you are available.
Change the price of a service
If a service you are offering has the price set to 'Default' this means that the price is set by Taskly.
If you change the price, the Taskly price control will be removed, and the service will be set to 'Custom' pricing. This gives you control of the price you charge for services.
Click My Services.

Click on a Service Category. Services within the category will be displayed on the right-hand side (or underneath on a mobile).
To edit the price of an enabled service, select Edit.
You can see extended information including the price and duration of the service. Enter the Website Sale Price you would like to charge for the service. Your take-home fee for the service will be displayed underneath.
Takehome percentages can vary based on our agreement with you - they may not be 70% as indicated in the screenshot below.
Press Update. A 'Service Updated' message will be displayed.
Be careful to ensure the website sale price is not excessive, and try to ensure it has a round number, e.g. $50.00 or $54.99 (ending in 00 or 99) - This is so website pricing looks clean.
Disable a service
Click My Services.

To disable the service, select Disable. A 'Service Updated' message will be displayed. You will now no longer be visible to customers who select this service at the checkout.
Enable an add-on
You can add add-ons to services you offer, for example, an extra room for a house clean on top of a standard three-bedroom clean, or a cut and polish on top of a standard car wash and wax. Unlike services, you cannot set your own price for add-ons. These are centrally determined by the Taskly marketplace.

In the Services Details section, scroll down and select the add-on you wish to offer and select Enable.
To view more information about a variant, such as your takehome amount, and the duration, select View when the variant has been enabled.

In the Services Details section, scroll down and select the add-on you wish to offer and select Disable.
