How to connect your Google calendar to Taskly
Tasjly allows you to connect directly to a Google calendar so that you can keep your schedule with other booking platforms in sync, and manage your availability without having to log in to Taskly.
When connected, Taskly will read your Google Calendar and show you as unavailable where existing appointments exist in the Calendar (so that you cannot be double booked). It can also read holidays etc. in the Google Calendar, so you don't need to add them to Taskly manually.
When connected, Taskly will also automatically send all Taskly bookings to your Google Calendar. This can be particularly useful if you primarily use Google to manage your schedule, or are using other booking systems, e.g. Fresha/Timely - as these can also connect to Google Calendar so that all the systems remain in sync with each other.
Connect to Google Calendar
Click My Schedule.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Sign in with Google.
Choose the Google account you would like to connect to, and press Allow on all the permissions.
You will be redirected back to the schedule page, with a Connection Success message.
If you have additional sub-calendars you want Taskly to read from to determine your availability, choose the Google Sub-calendars. By default, Taskly will only read calendar items saved on your primary calendar. Learn more about Google Calendars.
Press Refresh Sync to save the new synchronisation settings.
