How do ratings and reviews work?

We’ll remind every client to leave you a rating after their treatment.  The rating on your profile is your average score across all individual client ratings. It’s what people see first when browsing through practitioners on our website. 

Remember to ask for feedback. If you think a service went well, it’s a great idea to gently ask your client to leave a review. Let them know it can help you boost your business, and learn how to make your service even better. 

There aren’t many professionals with perfect ratings, so don’t worry too much if you pick up a low score from time to time. If a low review comes in that feels like it’s just a matter of taste, you can let us know and we’ll review it.
