Our working agreement

As a condition of Taskly making bookings available to the professionals, our professionals must, at all times:

• Hold relevant insurance, and provide all requested documentation as required;
• Ensure you are keeping your availability up to date regularly so that you can attend all bookings made;
• Have access to professional equipment in order to provide the treatments you would like to offer; 

Once a booking request has been allocated to a practitioner, the practitioner must:

• Be courteous and polite to customers and any other person with whom they come into contact in providing the treatment;
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in performing treatments;
• Make best endeavours to attend the location of bookings at the time specified in the booking;
• If a practitioner can no longer attend a booking cancel the booking as soon as practicable.
