View your payout amounts
Taskly makes it easy to track and view payout amounts due to you for completed bookings, and bookings that were cancelled which customers are not entitled to refunds for.
How payouts work
Payouts occur weekly to your nominated bank account details. A batch payment is processed each Monday for all bookings from the previous Friday to the most recent Friday. Bookings completed on the weekend directly prior to Monday's payouts will be paid out the following week.
You must ensure your bank account details are up to date at all times. Taskly takes no responsibility for payments made to incorrect our outdated account details that you have provided to us.
Taskly endeavours to process payments as quickly as possible, depending on the volume of payments there may be slight delays from time to time. You can check the status of your payments by viewing bookings in the Taskly portal.
View bookings with payouts due
Click My Bookings and select Completed or Cancelled, depending on the status of the booking you want to check.
Completed bookings will be displayed, with your most recent at the top of the page. You can see your earnings for each booking and the status of payments due. If payment is In-Escrow it means it has not yet been paid out to you.
If a booking is Paid it means it has been paid out to you.
If a cancelled booking has ''No'' in the payment column it means that no payment is due to you (e.g. if the cancellation was not customer-initiated, they are refunded).
