Why am I not appearing in searches?

There are a few reasons why you won't appear in user searches:

  • You are not available - The user may have searched for a time or service area that you aren't available for. It could also be because you had some availability, but not enough to fulfil the request. Eg. if your user was searching for a 90-minute service but you only had a 60-minute timeslot available.
  • You don't offer the treatment they are searching for - Your client may have decided to book a different type of treatment/s that you don't currently offer on the platform.
  • You are already booked - You may have been available but already have a booking during the time that the user was searching for.
