View your refunds due

Cancellations can occur from time to time. You can view your cancelled bookings to track any outstanding refunds you may be due. Learn more about cancellation policies.

View refund status on bookings

Login to Taskly

Click My Bookings and select Cancelled. 

Cancelled bookings will be displayed, with your most recent at the top of the page. You can see your refund stats for each booking and the amount of the refund due.

Refunds

If you are due a refund for a booking, it will be paid to you within 72 hours of the cancellation date. Unpaid refunds will show as In-Escrow until Paid.
