View your cancelled bookings
Cancellations can occur from time to time. Taskly makes it simple to track cancellations by providing you with automated notifications and also direct access to cancellation details all in one place.
When cancellations occur (either cancelled by a booker or a practitioner) an automated email notification is sent to both parties to let them know.
You can view your cancelled bookings to track any outstanding payments you may be due (for customer-initiated cancellations). Learn more about cancellation policies.
View cancelled bookings
Click My Bookings and select Cancelled.
Cancelled bookings will be displayed, with your most recent at the top of the page. You can see your earnings for each booking and the status of payments due. Learn more about payouts.
To view more details about cancelled bookings, press View. You will be able to see all information including the cancellation date/time and reason.
