View completed bookings and reviews

Clients are asked to leave reviews on all bookings that are completed. Reviews are important as they will determine your rating on the Taskly marketplace. Practitioners are provided with a star rating based on the reviews that they receive. Customers can also see your latest reviews when they choose their practitioners during the booking process.

View and manage completed bookings

Click My Bookings and select Completed.

Completed bookings will be displayed, with your most recent at the top of the page. You can see your earnings for each booking and the status of payments due. Learn more about payouts.

To view more details about completed bookings, press View. You will be able to see all information including reviews (if the client has completed it).
