What happens when I make a booking?

Once your booking has been made, it will be sent to your home services provider. You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately with the booking details.

Be sure to check your junk folder if you can't find the booking confirmation email.

You’ll also receive a reminder email two hours before your booking is due to start. Your professional will arrive at the designated start time with all of the equipment ready to get the job done, so you can sit back and relax!

If you forgot to add additional instructions when making your booking, you can contact your practitioners directly and safely using in-app chat. Your professional may also reach out to you (you will receive an email from our secure chat) if they require any additional information.
