Cancel an upcoming booking

We understand that plans can change. Depending on the progress of the booking, different options are available.

Our cancellation policy has been designed to protect and compensate both practitioners and customers and cover the costs involved in the event of a cancellation close to the booking start time.

Confirmed bookings cannot be rescheduled; you must cancel the confirmed booking (fees may apply, see below) and create a new booking to change the time or date.

Make sure you familiarise yourself with our cancellation policies before cancelling your bookings.

Cancel a booking

Login to Taskly

Click My Bookings and select Upcoming.

Find and select the booking you wish to cancel and press View.

Press Cancel Booking.

The booking will be cancelled immediately and the practitioner will be sent an email to notify them of this. Learn how to check if you are due a refund for the booking.
