View and manage your bookings
Taskly makes it easy for you to track all of your bookings in one central location with all of the information you need. Bookings have been grouped by the state they are in. Depending on the state, you are able to complete a number of functions such as chatting directly with your practitioner, cancelling the booking, leaving a review for completed bookings, viewing refunds due, and more.
You will receive an automated email from Taskly when you receive new bookings.
To view your bookings, login to your Taskly account, and navigate to the My Bookings section.
Upcoming Bookings
- The upcoming booking contains the professionals' name, location of the booking, start date/time, details of the services you have selected, booking instructions you have left, and how much you have been charged.
- You can send messages directly to practitioners within 4 hours of the booking start time. Learn how to send messages.
- You can cancel upcoming bookings. Learn how to cancel bookings.
In Progress Bookings
- In-Progress bookings are the ones that have started. The upcoming booking contains the professionals' name, location of the booking, start date/time, details of the treatments you have selected, booking instructions you have left, and how much you have been charged.
- You can send messages directly to practitioners within 4 hours of the booking start time. Learn how to send messages.
- You can cancel in-progress bookings. Learn how to cancel bookings.
Completed Bookings
- Completed booking contains the professionals' name, location of the booking, start date/time, details of the treatments you have selected, booking instructions you have left, and how much you have been charged.
- Completed bookings also contain reviews you have left for bookings. Learn more about leaving reviews.
- You can send messages directly to practitioners who have completed bookings for up to 24 hours after the booking finishes. Learn how to send messages.
Cancelled Bookings
- Cancelled bookings are ones that you have cancelled or ones that practitioners have cancelled. Learn how to cancel bookings.
- Cancelled booking contains the practitioners' name, start date/time of the booking, whether or not a refund is due, or has been paid, and the refund amount. Learn more about cancellation policies and refund payouts.
