Viewing information about your bookings
Taskly makes it easy for you to track all of your bookings in one central location with all of the information you need.
Depending on the status of the booking, you are able to complete a number of functions such as chatting directly with your client, cancelling the booking, viewing reviews for completed bookings, viewing payout amounts due, and more.
You will receive an automated email from Taskly when you receive new bookings. To view your bookings, login to your Taskly account, and navigate to the My Bookings section.
Upcoming Bookings
- Upcoming bookings are ones that you have received and have not yet started. Learn how to start upcoming bookings.
- The upcoming booking contains the customers' names, locations of the booking, start date/time, details of the services they have selected, and any special instructions.
- You can send messages directly to customers who have upcoming bookings within 4 hours of the booking start time. Learn how to send messages.
- You can cancel upcoming bookings. Learn how to cancel bookings.
In Progress Bookings
- In-Progress bookings are ones that you have received and have started. They will need to be marked as completed when they are finished. Learn how to mark a booking as completed.
- The In-Progress booking contains the customers' name, location of the booking, start time, and details of the treatments they have selected, as well as any special instructions. They also display your earning amount from the booking.
- You can send messages directly to customers who have in-progress bookings. Learn how to send messages.
- You can cancel upcoming bookings. Learn how to cancel bookings.
Completed Bookings
- Completed bookings are ones that you have marked as completed.
- The Completed booking contains the customer's name and details of the booking. They also display your earning amount from the booking and the payment status. Learn more about payouts.
- Completed bookings also contain reviews that customers have left for you. Learn more about reviews.
- You can send messages directly to customers who have completed bookings for up to 24 hours after the booking finishes. Learn how to send messages.
Cancelled Bookings
- Cancelled bookings are ones that you have cancelled or ones that customers have cancelled. Learn about cancellation policies.
- The Cancelled booking contains the customers' names and details of the booking. They also display the cancellation date/reason and your earning amount from the booking (if you are due any payment) and the payment status. Learn more about payouts.
